Code is the
easy part.

I spend most of my time thinking about what's worth building, whether to build it at all, and how to tell if it's actually working. That's the work most teams skip. And it's where most projects quietly go wrong.

Ivory Black is where that thinking lives. Fifteen years of engineering across disciplines, applied to the decisions that shape what gets built, not just the building.

NowThere

Where you are.
Where you need to be.
How we get there.

Most problems I find worth thinking about start the same way. Someone knows where they are and where they want to be. But the middle is where the thinking has gone missing.

Sometimes the answer is a build. Often it isn't. Either way, clarity beats effort, and the work is to find the shortest honest path.

“The beauty of solving problems is in the storytelling; that is, the ability to take the magnificent complexity of the world and condense it into something so simple, yet so dense with meaning.”
